Our Innovation Cohort — slated to launch in late 2020 — will entrain rabbis serving in diverse congregations (across and beyond the denominational spectrum) who commit to collaborative experimentation. Together we’ll create innovative community experiences, gauge participants’ emotional and spiritual responses, integrate feedback, discern “what works,” refine ideas and try them again.
This project is currently in development in conjunction with Glean, an executive certificate program in spiritual entrepreneurship offered in partnership between Clal and Columbia Business School. We’re also partnering on this with Ben Yosua-Davis, who works on the spiritual frontiers of the Christian world.
Once the innovation pilot program is underway, we’ll feature posts about it (who’s taking part, what spiritual innovations are being tried, what works and how we know, etc) on Builders Blog.
