The first slide of the revised Isaiah haftorah - first third of the haftarah from the pdf, and images of modern people protesting.

Isaiah, renewed for this year

This is a reworking of a haftarah shared last year on Velveteen Rabbi. The poem has been revised, and it now features trope markings in English, a collaboration between R. Rachel Barenblat and R. David Markus (and Isaiah: the lines that appear indented are direct quotes from Isaiah rendered in English.)

Available as a trope-marked PDF and as google slides suitable for screenshare.

Isaiah

R. Rachel Barenblat and R. David Markus are founding builders at Bayit. (Isaiah, unfortunately, is not. But that image of him comes from a painting by Raphael.)
